Integrity For You (IFY) is a privately held corporation located in Dallas, Texas. The company was founded in October 2000 by Terry Rucker-Wilhite and Terri Schepps. Both Terry and Terri began working together in 1997. They put their collective experience together, working directly with customers, to create a system, process and the technology to provide businesses with a much needed solution for client-customer relationships. Their “do what it takes” and “can do” attitude has allowed them to participate in an evolving and undefined industry of customer retention. They have grown IFY from concept to reality and now provide service to large and small businesses across North America contacting customers globally.
In 2004, IFY and its president Terri Schepps, were named “Retention Experts” by the International Loyalty Guide. Ms. Schepps, the author of many retention articles, has been published in CRM Today, CRM Advocate, MLM.com and The Wise Marketer. She is also a sought after public speaker for professional groups across the US as she continues to educate businesses about the importance of customer contact.
Terry Rucker-Wilhite manages the operational side of IFY where she has built a team of professionals with over 3 million customer contacts and a 99.75 quality rating. This means IFY has a less than ¼ of 1% complaint ratio. Ms. Rucker-Wilhite believes, “We are perfectionist and take every contact we make seriously.”
